I went to the Cape Gate branch yesterday to buy new crockery, even though the staff at Cape Gate was very helpful (shout out to them!), they sadly did not have 8 of each to complete the set. They phoned Canal Walk because the system shows they still have enough stock to complete the set... however, they could not find the stock on the floor and the THINK it is still packed in a box. I left my details for them to phone me whenever they find the stock... which I know will never happen. I then used your website to contact you to find out if there is any chance you will be able to provide more stock, but I was informed that it has been discontinued... if I wanted I can go to the Main Road branch or Hermanus. Now I work in a call centre... I cannot just jump in my car for a trip to HERMANUS to purchase crockery!! When I asked for the stock to be transferred from Main Road to Cape Gate I was also told that this cannot be done. You are not even trying to accommodate your customer!! I have been a very loyal customer for years and this is the first time that I really wanted something I was unable to find and I am so disgusted by the way it was handled!! Thank you for nothing.
