Joshua Dore advertised an Edblo bed in different sizes being on Sale/promotion in all sizes I.e single, double/Queen size on the same day it was advertised the Queen size bed was out of stock after the sales person called Simon informed my mother that the pamphlet was a misprint and that there was no promotion. I then contacted the call centre and spoke to Leroy to lodge a complain who then contacted the store manager by the name of Goodman who apologised And said he will order the Queen size bed which it was not done the wrong size bed was deliverd which was a double bed size.when I contacted him he claims to have told me that they have ran out of stock nation wide for that kind of Bed in Queen size.how can such a big company like Joshua dore run out of Queen sized bed of that kind?
