I have reported my machine for repairs with Sumsang and they failed to repair my machine and said I must go to the shop and ask them to log a credit, I did so early Janaury 2013, I went to the shop and provided them all the information and they promise to deliver.later in the week they called and said they will be delivering however it was a wrong address (my fault), I gave them the new address and they never came. I called the store to ask and they said they lost my proof of purchase so they cant deliver, I sent the proof of purchase again, and they promised to deliver, to date I am still waiting, I called the warehouse today and they said they do not even have my details with them.
Please help me, I am tired of the incompetency of the game staff and ongoing empty promises, the uneccesarry expenses I am incurring everyday calling them and taking my clotes to laundry is costing me and I am tired.
I doubt I will ever buy anything from the store their service is extremly poor.
