UNWILLINGNESS TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!!!

Backdrop: Went into the Edgars store in greenacres PE to open an account, aproved and everything went well untill the guy that helped me tells me that i have to go to Jet to pick up my card. Obviously i asked why, and he told me that HE activated a pre-approved account from JET by mistake. OK that would be fine if i could still get my R1000 fashion vouchers from edgars, but i cant!!! SO now through no fault of my own the story begins...

The Greenacres credit manager phones the people on the other side and explains the situation, after about 3-4 hours (the guy she was talking to went on a lunch break through all this aswell, rediculous). Anyway after a massive "power struggle" they agree to delete or disable or whatever the Jet account so that i can open an new Edgars account as i wanted to do in the first place. following day went back and this whole story starts from the beginning, exactly the same story, they cant convert the account or whatever. So i left with nothing resolved once again and them promising to give a call back in a day or two, which they didnt.

This is only the start of the story, the characters are finished, so cant complete the story.
