No support from staff

I was trying to organise a wedding registry. The scanner is a bit complicated to not working properly. I say so for a fact because I helped myself in other stores. I asked a couple of staff members to assist and they seemed irritable. I told them softly that I think it is better if I leave because I am not getting the support I have been requesting and the just looked at me with attitude
