I went to @Home Centurion on Saturday to do my wedding gift registry (which is something @Home so proudly advertises), only to be told that they can't help me because the screen has been frozen since Friday and will only be fixed on Monday. Please could I go to another branch. I was annoyed, but needed to get the registry done so off I went to Irene Mall @Home.
At Irene Mall I was told again, sorry we can't help you, our scanner is broken, it's been broken for a long time.
At least at Irene Mall they told me I could do it online (which Centurion didn't mention at all). I, however, wanted to see the products so I insisted on doing it manually by typing in the product numbers (very inconvenient and took a long time, but at least it's done).
I am very disappointed by the unwillingness of staff at these two @Home stores to help us "prepare for our big day" as they advertise, as all they wanted to do was get us to go somewhere else to do it.
