Shocking customer service!

I would really like to know if Mr Price values their clients at all? I recently went to Mr Price Home to set up my Wedding Registry instore. Not only did all the staff members there seem to have a problem working the system, resulting in us standing around for 45 minutes while we waited for them to register our chosen items, but they filled in the wrong email address. I now have no way of accessing the registry online. I phoned the store the following week and asked if they could please amend the email address to which I was told I had to come into the store to do so. When I went into the store on Sunday 14 April, out in the cold weather while I have the flu, with the sole purpose of changing the email address, I get told that they cannot change the address at all once loaded to the system! If this is the case why not make triple sure of the customers details before loading it??? Surely this is not the case? I am then told I will have to do the whole thing again. When I refused and said they need to fix the problem, I was told I would be contacted on the Monday to resolve the problem. No one has called. I am also still waiting for a response from you people on my last complaint!
