I would recommend that you steer clear of this branch as they have absolutely no business savvy. in August 2013 i called Business Card Express for a quote and a dealer price list. We had NO RESPONSE! So one day we got their pamphlet along side the road again. I enquired again! after calling i was promised a response, but after 4 days of waiting i had none, so i called again. The lady that answered apologised and told me that the gentleman i spoke to 4 days earlier was not at work that day but if i emailed my query, she would have somebody else contact me. Shabeer Salek then emailed me back and asked me to supply him with the dealer prices i was already paying. I informed him that he should just send the dealer price list and if it was more expensive i would notify him and we could come to some sort of agreement, and then i waited and waited and waited after waiting for a LOOOOONNNNGGGGG time i sent him an email saying "i am STILL waiting". his response was all in caps and very rude. i replied by telling him that he can keep his business and he responded in another rude manner. I don't know hwy they are in business, they have no people skills and also NO BUSINESS SAVVY!
