I have been to the branch on 2 occasions and waited for more than a hour each time to see my "personal business banker". The second time, after waiting for 45min with my name on the waiting list, only then they realized that Solly was on leave. I ended up seeing Sofia who informed me that my business file is locked in Solly's cupboard so she can't help me but she will make sure that Solly get back to me the next day. She did however confirm that the cheque cards I ordered 2 weeks earlier was actually not ordered as nothing was in the system. Another 2 weeks have passed and still no call, email or any kind of communication from Solly.
