I had purchased a fridge from Teljoy and upon the contract ending I had received a call to ask if I would be interested in taking out extended insurance on the fridge. I explicitly said no, I would not be interested at all and yet they went ahead and decided to illegally debit my account. I called the contact centre and they said they would cancel the debit order and send me forms to request a refund. When I didn't receive the forms I called back and had to go through the process all over again. I still haven't received any forms and my account is still being debited even after being assured by two different consultants it had been cancelled. I don't know how they get away with such bad service and illegally debiting customers accounts!
