SO SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!

We have been attempting to load a child account onto a parent account for a debit order. We handed in all the forms to BENONI CAR RADIO (who are just as pathetic service wise) in June 2013. To date no debit order has been loaded. Every time we call we get told it will be done and every month end it gets disconnected. Today I call again and get told we need to send all the forms again. I asked to speak to a manager but as per the usual call center protocol it is impossible to speak to a manager who is willing to deal with customers. Your service is shocking to say the very least. 5 months down the line and clearly you are not interested in customer retention or getting paid.
