Every single month when my chronic medication needs to be repeated, I receive the worst service ever. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the queue, the person says my repeat is not on the system and he cannot give it to me. I requested him to pull my script from the file so that he can see that my repeat is for six months, I mean really, I know what the Doctor prescribed for me. I refused to do so and said it is not my responsibility for others mistakes. After raising my voice he just refused to help me!!! Does Clicks not care about what is happening here. THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT. Every time I am informed that the matter has been resolved, clearly not. The employees behind the counter aren't even qualified pharmacists, the general store manager confirmed that to me. What are you going to do about this? Every single person in the queue complains about this horrible service, the just take their time and don't even know their medicines. With my first complaint they issued me with the incorrect medicine, do you know the consequences and the seriousness of this "oh sorry it's my mistake". I want to see action taken.
