I was in your store a week ago with my family and we experienced really poor detrimental service.
Firstly, we got served 15mins after we were seated, our drinks arrived a further 15 mins later this is when we place our meal orders.
They took another 1hr to get to us.By this time we were about to leave and cancel the order as it does not take one and half hours to be served your meals.
I called the manager and asked him what the issue was and why was the service so slow to my table only, as others who come in after us were getting their meals and drinks before us.
He said the waiters are busy with the other tables. There were many waiters and only 3 other tables in your store had customers at the time. All your waiter only attended to those particular tables besides ours. On the one table you had 2 waiters serving the customers. When I looked closer as to what the manager said "They are busy with other tables" I realised that my family where the only table of colour within your store therefore we where given this shocking service. We put our meals in take-aways and left.
I hope this is not the way your business treats its clients.
