I Love @home, the quality and service is usually really good. Until the 5th i went to @home and found a side table & dressing table from the crystal collection that i really wanted, So Michael helped by checking stock, he told me that he could help with the side tables but the dressing table wont be manifactured anymore. There was still 1 available on the floor, so i asked what discount i could get as it was slightly damaged, but the manager was not there that day, so Michael said he would call me as soon as he spoke to his manager. Michael called me on Tuesday saying they can give me a 10% discount i asked him if i could come get it on Saturday the 12th January, and he agreed to keep it for me. On the 12th i arrived at @home at about 11am and went straight looking for Michael, but he was not in, so instead i spoke to Jimmy who told me they already sold the dressing table! I was very upset so i asked to speak to a manager, but surprise, surprise there was yet again no manager at the store. Jimmy was not very helpful i was waiting for him to check if they maybe had 1 at another store, but i guess it was to much of an effort as he did absolutly nothing. I am very dissapointed.
