I have had terrible service from the Galleria and Argyle Road store. I firstly wanted 2 finials from the Galleria store, and 1 was broken. The cashier told me that they cannot have one sent to the Galleria store from another store because it is "too low a value" - R 130 each I might add! And I spent almost R 2 000 on linen that same evening at the store! The manager then came past and without me even asking, said that they can have another store send 2! One 100% cotton Time & Again quilt I purchased was on special from R 500 to R 400 and the Galleria store did not have stock of the Taupe colour. I phoned the Argyle store now to see if they have stock and they said that they do but they do not have these quilts on special (Including the one I just purchased last night)! I find this to be unacceptable service and request that you contact me in this regard as soon as possible. This kind of service for someone who spends a significant amount of money in your stores is unacceptable.
