I called on behalf of my dad into the 8ta ccc on the 2nd August 2013. The recharge vouchers that I purchased by a local house shop in my area. The vouchers were sealed correctly and have not been opened. However these vouvhers only consisted of a 12 digit recharge pin and it should have been a 16 digit pin. I then called into the cccto advise them of my problem and they requested for a 18 digit serial number. I advised the consultant that there was no serial number 18 digits on the voucher. I didn't get joy from the consultant I then spoke to a team leader by the name of Tremaine Mothoa who requested that I send a picture of the voucher to him to escalate the query. He advised me the turn around time is 4-5 hours however noone got back to me. Monday I spoke another team leader Msizi@Tshapha he requested the same picture to be sent through and promised to give me feedback however nothing was done. On Teusday when I called in I requested to now speak to a manager. The consultant advised the manager was unavailable and to me when she got a gentelman by the name of Sizwe Dlamini who said he was a manager he advised that he would give me feeback today but nothing again. BAD SERVICE
