Don't know why even bother opening "NEW" Game in Secunda Mall. Nothing changed!!! pathetic Service as always. wanted to know if you sell sensor for WII. I ask someone and he said he don't know, I must as this guy (pointing to someone). while waiting he told another customer he would be with her now. he just have to take a call. after returning from the call, he went and helped another customer (or friend). When the lady complained about it he did not know how to answer her. I just left without even bother waiting any longer!! It is because of service like that, that there is more staff just standing around (and knowing nothing) than customers in Secunda Game.
