I went into GAME Secunda to purchase a lawn mower for R1999. I could not find any trolleys; No department sales assistant; nor any floor manager. The security suggested getting someone to call through the intercom. After about 30 minutes - no one assisted. I eventually got Muzi to assist; but he kept me waiting and showed no interest in helping me. I left the store disappointed and not able to buy anything. I just decided to support the one man business in Secunda. who care for customers and are willing to help anytime.
I hope Wallmart takes note of the millions they stand to loose with South Africa's business partner GAME
