URGENT HELP REQUIRED ACCOUNTS ENQUIRY

I have been trying on numerous occassions now to resolve this matter. I don't know what is going on. One lady says a refund is due to me as I overpaid the account. Another says account shows zero balance no refund due. Another says the account is in arrears and we owe you monies. Another lady says you switched over to a new system and all data has been lost. Does anyone know what is really going on? I asked for a detailed statement to be sent to me. The account was switched from my husband to me, I need someone with common sense to please try and sort this out. i will never advise anyone to buy from you people on account. I have been making EFT as well as a debit order has been going off. Will someone please look into this please I am at my wits end. Please help and see what is going on. I don't know if there are two accounts or to which account exactly the monies have been paid now because today when I called they said my account is zero balance and shows no transactions or payments or that I ever bought anything by you people. I given my id number as well as my husband id number as reference for you to investigate. Is it so much trouble to get a detailed statement?
