I have an arrangement with Edgars through R & T, to pay my account on the 20th of every month. On the 06/08/2013 they deducted again R500 without my permission, the last funds in my account that I already had plans for, so I phoned them on the 006th and asked to refund my money back because it is the cash for my electricity, so she asked to send my statement. I e-mailed my statement to K Masheli at the number 051 505 7640. She said it was a system error but need to investigate, My statement shows that they took money, on their side it shows that they received it but still investigation need to take place, this is inconveniencing me because i had to go BORROW money for electricity, seeing that they knew it is a system error why don't they refund me their system problems has got nothing to do with a customer. I made arrangements so that i can pay off my account on a date i`m comfortable with. I phoned them to cancel my debit order so that i can make manual payments, the lady i spoke to said that she does not know the number, you working in a firm but you do not know the contact details to your departments. I want my debit order deleted and R500.00 refunded with no success.
