I had the misfortune of needing to have my Miele appliances repaired. Miele require payment for repair upfront before they will schedule repair. Paid in full end of February, and since then have been unable to get a response to emails, phone calls and twitter comments. I cannot get any response, nor information as to the progress with scheduling my repair. I see that they also do not feel the need to respond to HelloPeter complaints as well. Will never buy Miele Appliances!
