Bought a tv stand with bedroom suit, on the day of delivery only the bedroom suit was delivered without explanation of why the tv stand not delivered. Had to call the store only to be told it's out of stock. When scheduled delivery for tv stand came the stock was damaged. Kept the tv stand for a swop which took 4 days for delivery. Got a msg to expect delivery in the morning of friday 5th April 13, had to ask someone to await delivery, until 1 o clock the delivery still hadn't come through.
Furniture City customer service is flawed, as a customer you have to follow up with them.
