TFG - No regard for Clients

I was contacted by a collections agency about my account being in arrears, I couldnt understand this as I hadnt bought anything in a long time. I contact TFG and requested statement s to see what was happening and at the same time stopped all fees and clubs and stuff. (25-09-2013) On the 7th of October I phoned the callcentre and and spoke to a Remlance (or something like that) according to my phone records this was at 15h36. I made arrangements to pay the account in full (R260) on the 26th of October 2013. Yesterday i decided to get a free transunion report to make sure that my credit rating is clear so that I can purchase a house. low and behold a default was list by TFG for an amount of R300 odd rands. I proceeded to contact TFG and spoke to Ranuka (excuse spelling) she was kind and willing to help, but told me that the statements run on the 12 th and my account was automatically defaulted with transunion and handed over to a collections agency that has now added more money to the outstanding balace.
