On the 29th of October I phoned transunion ITC and spoke to Clinton. The reason of my call was to reset my password so as to utilise online service. He assisted me deligently. At the end of the call he offered me different credit reports at different costs. I then opted to purchase the R40 credit report and informed him that it would be nice to have the R280 report and he said I can order it and pay on the 26th of November 2013. I authorised him to proceed and place an order for me to pay on the 26th. To my surprise I received an SMS notifying me of a R40 and a R280 debit on my avccount. I phoned him back to alert him of this mistake of which he acknowledged the mistake and promised to have the money refunded immediately and he promised he was going to call and confirm the credit. On Friday the 1st of Novemeber 2013, the money was still not credited into my account and no contact was made with me. I escalated to Dane Nagayan who is a manager who assured me that my R280 was going to be refunded the same day on the 1st of Nov 2013. Today is the 5th of November and the money is still not credited to my account and Dane is advising that he is following up with his Finance dept.
