After my rant about RADMoto not willing to help to repair my YZF-R1, they have come to the party!
The warranty didn't cover the failed part but RADMoto has decided to go ahead and repair my bike regardless out of courtesy. I picked her up on Saturday 26th January and she purring again.
Thank you RADMoto and especially Francois Visser, Bike Sales and Finance Administrator at RADMoto for being a great person and keeping to his word and letting me know of all the goings-on. He was always professional but also comforting and understanding.
So, in short, I'm happy to change my COMPLAINT into a COMPLIMENT!
