Poor Attitude and Bad Delivery of Service

I bought a KTM 640 Duke 2 from RADMOTO Ktm for R 33800, 00 during the month of June 2012 and to this day 8 months later I have still not received the ownership papers for the bike, I have receiving nothing but excuses concerning the papers of this bike, every single month I phoned in and spoke to TJ Rensleigh who was the salesman that sold the bike to me and every month was told that the papers were on there way then finally in the month of December TJ emailed me and told me that I needed to bring the bike back for a couple days so they could send it for police clearance, RADMOTO had the bike for a month when I was emailed again that the papers and bike were ready for collection, but when I showed up at the showroom the only thing I left with again was my bike, still no papers. The biggest aggravation is that I bought this bike as my main transport, due to the fact that I only have a Motorcycle license and that I need the bike for transport, how is it even possible that a reputable KTM dealership can sell dodgy bikes on there showroom floors. I am absolutely dumbstruck and disgusted at the level of service this dealership has shown me.
