On the 26-Jan-2013 we were doing our monthly shopping when unfortunately it so happened that we left a 6 pack of Parmalat milk at the cashier's counter after having paid for it. We actually realised as we were unpacking at home, of which the store was already closed. The next day 27-Jan-2013 we went back to hopefully find that the milk was kept for us. The cashier and packer did not recall seeing any milk left by us there. Levy appeared and asked what the problem was, we explained to him and his words were "I would not want to lose my regular customers over a milk 6 pack therefore take another pack". He informed security, we took another pack of milk and off we went. This is superb customer service and deserves to be recognised as such. The fact that he calls us "his customers" means he takes exceptional pride in his work and I for one see him as an asset to Pick n Pay. Kudos to you Levy and Pick 'n Pay - 1 very happy customer who is sure to return.
