I purchased a new Handy Andy product at Pick N Pay in Plattekloof 22 October. On the packaging a promotion was applied, partnered with Ster Kinekor indicated that by sending the last 4 digits of the products barcode I would recieve a free movie ticket. Although I double checked and followed the instruction 4 times I received the following response, " This entry is incorrect. Please check promotional material and re-enter. Thank You". I have just wasted R6 in sms. Clearly this is a and I have been taken for a ride. How a reputable company like Unilver would allow this to happen with a house hold brand name is beyond customer experience and promotional campaign that is very poorly managed.
