Beds for Africa Regional Manager George passing the buck to suppliers. After first complaint, i was assured he would sort the matter out and assist only to now say there is nothing he can do!!! Some manager!!! I am expected to pay Half of what i initially paid for the bed and this time with no guarantee just continue with old beds warranty that has been repaired once before and collapsed two years later. Too bad for me if the same happens in 6 months, then i have fork out another R2000, to get another exchange.!!! The most pathetic disgusting service and worst attitude ever. and he has the audacity to imply that i cannot read something that is in black and white!!!
