In June it will be 2 years that i struggle with my 6 beds that i bought from Lewis Stores, i phone customer care speak to Annetjie (Manager) but they still do not do anything. In December 2012 they promised they report it to the factory and will be sorted beginning of Jan.2013 they promised the first week in Feb our beds will be here, now it is middle of March and no phone call or no NEW MATRASSES.HOW FAR ARE ONE PERSON STILL HAVE TO GO TO GET YOUR BEDS .MUST I JUST DROP IT ON THEIR STOEP OR WHAT MUST I DO.AT THIS STAGE I OWE MORE ON THE BEDS THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR WITH ALL THE INTEREST THAT THEY PUT UP EVERY MONTH.
