WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a fancy frost free Whirlpool combo Unit. Had problems with it freezing up so contacted accrediited agents to fix. Very expensive bi-metal thermostat fitted, but they have been back four/five times same fault.
Ended up breaking a drawer trying to remove from fridge. First problem

Contacted TECSA (Whirlpool part supplier) to replace broken drawer. Could not help must contact WHIRLPOOL SA and get part number. Web site gives an 086 number for immediate assistance. Did not happen.
Web Site had a 'Contact us' option. After repeatedly using this with full fridge details Venesia Jacobs contacted me. Could not help so emailed me a parts list (6 Aug 13). Identified part, but asked to price before ordering. Nothing happened. Back on to Vanesia who apologised she had not been in office (21 Aug) but would contact me and sort out. She did not. 25 Sep 13 sent a rude reminder. Vanesia phoned and said they would send the part by overnight courier and not charge.
I also bought whirlpool hob and oven for new kitchen and was promised rep would come and demo use. Did not happen. Vanesia also promised she would organise for another person to do demo.
Now21 Oct 13 still nothing part or demo
