Once again the items that were advertised in this weeks Game leaflet were out of stock. I needed 3 items and only one was available. The Scooter and trailer was advertised for R250.00 when we got to the till the price we were charged was R299.00, as the price was not updated on their system!!! Then we had to wait for the manager to refund us. Needless to say a simple transaction that should have been concluded in 5 minute took over 20 minutes to be resolved. This is an ongoing problem that i have with the Game store at Gateway. They are always out of stock! and their customer service is toooo slow.
