We bought 2 x Hi sense TV 50C10 FHD LCD on Tuesday, 22 Jan-13 and it was delivered to our business on Wednesday, 23 Jan-13. as we were busy to paint the interior we didn't take out the TV's but only did so on Saturday, 26 Jan-13. The 1st box we opened was intact and all was well and the TV is working. However, as we continued opening the 2nd box we then realised that the box was tampered with (open). We didn't think anything of it and we took the box out, also not fitted the proper way as the 1st box. After all was done we switched the TV on only to find that the screen was cracked. We put the TV back exactly the way we received it and I took it back immediately. Upon arrival I was informed that the TV has to evaluated. WHY? the screen is cracked - your eyes need to be evaluated!!! Since then I've been waiting for my new TV but was turned away on 2 occasions i.e. yesterday, 28th and today 29th Jan-13. If you have a 14 day money back gaurentee, why am I still waiting for a replacement TV!! Both TV's were paid CASH for. You didn't have a problem then.
