I BOUGHT A 32" HISENSE LED TV ON THE 4TH OF OCTOBER. WE WENT AWAY THAT WEEKEND SO I ONLY PUT THE TV ON FOR THE 1ST TIME SUNDAY. THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED. WHEN THE TV IS OFF YOU CANNOT SEE IT IS CRACKED. NOW THEY REFUSE TO GET THE TV FIXED BECAUSE I ONLY REPORTED THE PROBLEM LATER. BUT HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THE TV WILL BE CRACKED AS WE CHECKED IT AT THE DOOR. BUT YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE DAMAGE WHEN THE TV IS ON.. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS.
