FALSE ADVERTISING AND DOUBLE DEBIT!

I am disgusted by my recent GAME stores experience..

Not only is your store strewn with marketing promising best deals and price match promises but your 'SPECIALS' are not even updated on your systems!

I purchased a Ricoffee tin which was advertised at R53.99 (I have pictures of this promotional stand!!!) only to be charged R62.99 at the till - I pointed to the display right in front of the till and inquired why the special was not on the till!!! NO ONE HAD ANY CLUE!!!.I then demanded my money back!.. this took many attempts at the till and then I was shuffled off to customer services which took a further 15 minutes before I received my credit!!!..

Imagine my absolute horror to find that I have been debited twice on my credit card yet only refunded once!!! So now I have paid the inflated price for a product which I didnt even buy!!!... this is daylight!!

I also pointed out to the teller that the 'price match promise' WE WONT BE BEATEN for your special on the box of beacon eggs which you had displayed for R62.99... was in fact retailing at SPAR for R49.99... no one seemed to understand the question and your manager simply said 'that is the buyers problem! '
