I bought a sleigh double bed at Decofurn, PE, Aug 2012 and I started using it December 2012.Round about March It broke and I reported it and they asked me to send some photos with the proof of payment via email and I did exactly that. 2 weeks later they sent a gentlemen to fix the bed and replace the wood that was broken and all was well. 3months later the bed broke again and now they are sking me to take pics and send to them again. and the Sales lady are very rude. According to my knowledge they shud have kept the files with all complaints to keep track of whether they were resolved or what.
