I purchased a bed from Decofurn last year October and at the beginning of September this year a piece of it broke. I emailed them a photo and Marelize Botha promptly replied to let me know she had arranged to have the broken piece replaced. The gentleman who is contracted to them to do deliveries and repairs arrived at my home around 6 on the Friday evening to do the repairs. He was polite and efficient and I would also like to thank him for giving up his weekend time to call on me.
