I wanted to buy heavenly cream, body wash and scrub on a the "buy 3 pay for 2" special. when I was about to pay it did not ring the special through and the woman by the till said it was not on special. After she told me that I went with her to the shelf where the products were. The staff member says "no the picture shows that the purple products are on special not the pink." after she told me this I told her to read the message under the picture. the message reads "buy ANY 3 so heavenly products and pay for 2." after reading that she still said no its not on special.
This is not the first time that this specific clicks has done this and has their pricing wrong. It wasted my time and my patience!!! To be honest I probably will never use that specific clicks again and may not use any other clicks cause the service is just pathetic!!! I am a loyal clicks card holder, but I guess that means nothing to the staff that works there!!! These people need to catch a wake up!!
