I spent 2 hours on Saturday at the Clearwatermall as I could not purchase do to my account not being fica'd I have sent various emails to Edgars at Sandton and at Clearwater over the past 6 months, yet they still havent fica'd me. I've been an account holder for 9 years. Service is appalling, I wasnt even offered a chair or a refreshment while they sorted out my query.
