So the wonderful Clicks advertised a Kambrook Kettle and Toaster set, and of course there is no stock since day one. I went to numerous branches like N1 City, Gape Gate, Parklands, Century City, Plattekloof etc, and nobody had stock. I even phoned the call centre and they advised me of branches that had stock. I phoned all of them (at my own expense) to find stock. I phoned Somerset Mall, Somerset West, Sea Point, Athlone to name but a few. According the the call centre they had stock, according to the stores there was no stock. I even e-mailed Clicks as per the option on their website on the 16th of July 2013. Still no reply from them - 13 days later!!! They say they value us as customers, but they don't even bother giving us the respect just to reply on a simple e-mail.
Well done Clicks, you just showed us how important we are. We are good enough to buy all our necessities and medication from you. You advertise a product to get us in store, there is no stock as usual, and you don't even have the decency to reply with a solution!!!
