Bad button mushrooms

I'm honestly not sure if this was a hygiene issue or if perhaps one incorrect mushroom type was packed, but I ended up spending yesterday in bed, disorientated and nauseous with severe muscles pains; within an hour and a half of eating the mushrooms I purchased from the Norkem Park Checkers five days earlier. If an incorrect type of mushroom was mistakingly packed this issue would need to be addressed very seriously as a number of these incidents have been fatal or have involved organ failure etc. depending on the specific toxin in the mushroom.
