On Monday, the 14th of October I received a call from the collections contact center and spoke to THE RUDEST AGENT I have ever come across. I have been a well paying customer for years and unforunatly have been in and out of hospital. Then to have a girl tell me I had better pay or else is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WANT A WRITTEN LETER OF APPOLOGY FROM WHOM EVER THAT GIRL IS! Its unfortunate that you don't screen your employees coz that will be the only reason that I, my husband my 2 sons and my mother withdraw their business from your company.
