There was a special online on Reggies website which my husband and I used to buy our 2 sons (7 & 5 years) some Xmas gifts (Dirt Fox Remote Control Car in colour Red & Lego Construct the bars) worth R230 which they said they will deliver to my house in Randfontein & the order number: 1011167, this was free shipping. Date of order - 10 December 2012. The period which the order was placed, we had lost our Mother which means there was always someone at home to attend people that were there to send/pass their condolences, time passed and we didn't receive anything and according to Reggies report they say the order was delivered at our house on the 14th of December which even if we (my husband and I) were not there, my sister in law was there 24/7. The order deliverer came to our house this year 2013 to query as we logged a complaint with Reggies and he told me (the wife) that he delivered the goods and gave them to my son (which he says it was a girl who took the order) but my concern was why would we (adults) order but our goods be given to a 7 year old while there is an adult inside the house & he said the company will pay if they are lost; but we have not heard from Reggies at all.
