A paid for fridge stopped working withing warranty period. Technical support to repair it was delayed by more than a week. When 'repaired" is stopped working again. It was going to be replaced, but weeks later nothing had happened.
When asked why, one of the excuses was that it was raining, other wise they would have delivered it.. Russells is taking advantage of customers who are not in a position to drive to the shop an take delivery them self. They will take the money, but not provide service.
