Thursday, 17 October 2013 my husband and I had dinner at Clearwater Mall. I parked at the upstairs Woolworths entrance. On arrival at the pay station there was a big crowd of people trying to pay for their parking but the station didn't work and the security lady had a massive fight with the pay station operator over the "call button intercom" of the pay station, people stood in amazement. Finally an operator arrived and the way he treated the customers were an absolute disgrace. I am 32 weeks pregnant and he was extremely disrespectful. If your staff cannot handle pressure you should perhaps consider additional training or new staff. He kept on shouting at us that we have to pay our money and the machine refused to accept it. He was handing out pre-paid tickets to "certain" customers but me being pregnant have to stand there and hope the machine would accept my coins. Finally I called him over to assist me and he responded: "don't you talk to me like that or call me, I am not your husband! ". If this is the way you treat pregnant woman, it should be known to all because it is absolutely disgusting! After his little tantrum the security guard told me to go. It's a disgrace!
