8 MONTHS PREGNANT & ORDERED TO STAND ON LONG QUE

I accompanied my 70 year old mom to the bank on Sat around 12h00. There was a gentle man screening the ques - who happened to be a Security Guard. I was standing in the que with my mom. The guard asked my 70 year old mom what she required and she told her that she needed to replace her bank card. He further asked, when was the card stopped. I interrupted and asked how is that relevant to him assisting. He then told my mom to go and sit by the Pensioner's que. I also got out of the que since I was there to assist my mom. He then ordered me to stand and not sit on the chair as I am not a Pensioner. I told him that he is right - I am NOT a pensioner nor disable; however I am 8 months pregnant and the last time I checked, the que catered for Pregnant women as well. I have been an Absa Client for many years, it is very unprofessional to use your Security Guard who is not even an Absa Employee to screen your ques and order Pregnant women to stand in the long ques. I hope that this matter will be looked into to avoid any unfavourable situations in future as well as for security reasons.
