I MUST SAY THAT LIVID IS MILD COMPARED TO HOW I FEEL ABOUT FOSCHINI AT PRESENT! had purchased a bra around Apr 2013& had used the item twice.the 2nd time the strap cut clean off the seam! [no rip no tear]i did not take it back immediately as this is embarasing however, a call from Truworths on their advanced quality control made me rethink this.so in Aug i decided to take the item to the La Lucia branch to have the garment checked.after a week i was told that they will not look at it.my attitude made the store manager rethink this and i was advised that something will be done and they are trying to locate my docket.i dont have the receipt of purchase as i had no intention of returning any of the items bought during this puchase.more than just the bra was bought.yest, 16 Oct 2013 almost 2 months later i get a call to say please take your bra back, Foschini will not do anything.a local decision was taken without a professional opinion and just like that i was suppose to just give in. I am shocked at the manner in which this was handled.not only did the branch delay with a decision, they decided it wasnt worth taking further.i was told that the item used for its intended purpose! y else
