On the 10th of august 2013 me and my husband went to the Macdonald in Diepkloof square upon our arrival the was a long que for food!
I'm 9months pregnant I was pressed and I went to the lady that was cleaning and I asked nicely to use the loo as it was locked!
She said No!!! I need to produce a slip of purchase before she could open the door for me!!!
Its management rules.
So we asked to speak to the manager by the name of mpho! Who clearly told us that she is busy and we need to produce a slip, I told her that I'm pregnant and pressed!! She denied us!!
My husband got angry that people can deny a pregnant woman a toilet!!!
I'm really disgusted by the customer service we got from MacD in diepkloof square!!
Please sort this mess out or I will take the matter up!!!
