I went to pep yesterday afternoon and there were only 2 cashiers serving one of which was folding clothes and the other was waiting for a customer to get another item, when I asked her if she can't void her sale she said no as the person to do that is not available. Pep birch acres has such poor service, I will not be going back there or to any pep again.
