Poor after sales service

We had our pool filter replaced by Pool Action Birch Acres late December 2012. Excellent service. Pool was sparkling afterwards. Middle February the filter started leaking at the top where the lid fits onto the filter. Pool Action sent someone to have a look. Seems the filter burst. Since it is still under warrantee (2 months old) it is an insurance claim.

A guy came to our premises to have a look. No they are not fixing the filter it is not their product. I phoned Pool Action again (011 976 3701) who admitted that it was the wrong manufacturer. They will contact the correct manufacturer who will contact us to make arrangements to come and see us at home. My husband and I both work. Cannot take time off every time they want to have a look and then its the wrong person.

Why cant they replace the filter and have it looked at at their premises? In the meantime the pool is getting dirtier and dirtier. So all the money we paid in December 2012 is wasted... total of invoice was approx R10, 500.00.
